This soft plastic ring coil is meant to be a temporary fix for your loose rings. That being said, if you dont mind the feel of the plastic against your finger, it can be used longer term. (I have kept mine on for years.)
Ring not included but shown to demonstrate how to put on. Simply coil as much as you want on, and then snip with scissors for the desired length. This does stretch, but sizing is for a thinner ring band.
You receive one coil that is 4" (but coils back slightly after it was machine cut). Each piece can be used for several rings depending on how much you use per.
